Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — your existing plan stays active until then.
Is there a free trial of paid plans? +
The Free plan is available forever. You can use it as long as you like, then upgrade when you need more capacity or features. No trial countdown.
What happens when I hit a limit? +
You'll see a friendly notification and can choose to upgrade. We never cut off access to your existing data or delete anything.
I'm already using Eventbrite. Why switch? +
Eventbrite is built for ticketed events and takes a cut of every sale. EventFlow is built for recurring workshops with flat-rate pricing, campaign budgets, automated waitlists, and multi-office coordination — none of which Eventbrite offers.

What payment methods do you accept? +
